From my point of view, I think this activity is very interesting. It is a good way of knowing nowadays news.
The advantages that this activity has are learning about science topics in a different and funny way , because other partners are telling the new easily with videos and pictures.
The disadvantages of this way of explaining is that you have to talk in front of all the class and for me it is very difficult because I am very embarrassed , but on the other hand this activity is good because when we are in the university we have to make presentations and now we can practice.
I also think a different way to learn science, since it is more fun to learn science through a blog that learning science through a book.
To finish I liked this idea to know your blog and explain the scientific advances.
Your opinion about this kind of assessment is quite complete. Students make a great effort to explain science in another language and this help them to feel confident.

I think this method of evaluation could help us. We have to study and get information about something and then we have to be able to show our exposition to the class. As a consequence, we will get more confidence in ourself. In my opinion, this is the best way to improve our vocabulary and our expresion capacity.

Hello! I agree with you in the advantages and desventagas that you have written. Your argument is good, but I think you should put your opinion at the end and not at the beginning as you've written it because this kind of comments usually starts with a small introduction about what you will talk.
